Barber Program Curriculum

In as little as 8.5 months, you’ll become a connoisseur of style alongside our experienced instructors.

Our program has been specifically designed to give you advanced level barbering education and skills including customer service skills, professional standards know-how, barbershop health and safety, plus a precise understanding of the business of barbering.


We merge shear, razor and clipper techniques, giving you an advantage over graduates of other schools and the skills needed to enter the industry as a professional with a competitive edge.

Learn the art of the straight razor shave, beard design, men’s and women’s haircutting, including the perfect fade – without a doubt, one of the most sought-after skills. Our students learn to master it all —cuts, chemical treatments and shaves— both in the classroom and in our on-campus barbershop that sees real clients from the community.

Our day class schedule gets you to graduation as quickly as 8.5 months after you start. We now offer NIGHT CLASSES for added flexibility (Monday through Thursday, 6 – 10 pm).

Guest artists
We regularly bring in top industry leaders as guess artists to help educate you! These artists perform demos, teach in the classroom and share the student salon floor.
Barber battles
Put your skills to the tests against your peers at the annual Barber Battle. Compete with other students like you and add “award-winning barber” to your resume after graduation.
Business and marketing topics
Starting a new career is serious business. That’s why our instruction includes real-world advice on how to start with your best foot forward, from business skills to professionalism and customer service training.
State licensure
Attending a state-approved and nationally accredited barber program prepares you for state licensure… to start your own barber shop. In our program, future professional barbers learn hair cutting and shaving techniques, industry best practices, sanitation, customer service, safety and preparation.
